Library Music definition

Library Music means any and all Music that has been completed, acquired and/or delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced on or prior to the date of this Agreement, and any and all additional Music that has been completed, acquired and/or delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced after the date of this Agreement, but on or prior to the Effective Date;

  • In addition to other relevant portions of this Agreement, the following provisions will apply to elementary teaching specialists (Art, Library, Music and Physical Education).

  • The committee will consist of at least one (1) volunteer from each department in high schools, from each grade level and exploratory team in middle schools, and from each grade band (K-2 & 3-5) plus a specials (Library, Music, or HPE) teacher in elementary schools.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall not file with the SEC or mail to its stockholders the Proxy Statement, any amendment thereto, any other soliciting material or any such other documents without providing Parent a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on such documents.
