Libor Rollover definition

Libor Rollover means that each Libor Loan shall automatically renew for the Libor Interest Period specified in the Borrowing Notice at the then current Libor Rate, except that a Libor Interest Period for a Libor Loan shall not automatically renew with respect to any principal amount which is scheduled to be repaid before the last day of the applicable Libor Interest Period, and any such amounts shall bear interest at the Base Rate plus the Applicable Base Rate Margin, until repaid.
Libor Rollover means that each Libor Loan shall automatically renew for the Libor Interest Period specified in this Agreement at the then current Libor Rate, except that a Libor Interest Period for a Libor Loan shall not automatically renew with respect to any principal amount which is scheduled to be repaid before the last day of the applicable Libor Interest Period, and any such amounts shall bear interest at the Base Rate, until repaid.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Interest Period means, with respect to a LIBOR Advance, a period of one, two, three or six months, as selected in advance by the Borrower.

  • Loan Repayments means the sum of (i) Trust Bond Loan Repayments, (ii) the Administrative Fee and (iii) any late charges incurred under the provisions of a Loan Agreement.

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at a rate based on the LIBOR Base Rate or LIBOR Rate, as applicable.

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Option has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.12(a) of the Agreement.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on LIBOR.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Eurodollar Rate.”

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan made hereunder with respect to which the interest rate is calculated by reference to Term SOFR (other than a Loan for which clause (c) of the definition of Base Rate is used to determine Base Rate).

  • LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an -------------- Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Option means the option of the Borrower to have Loans bear interest at the rate and under the terms set forth in Section 4.1.1(a)(ii) [Revolving Credit LIBOR Rate Option].

  • LIBOR-Based Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, the per annum interest rate equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate which appears on Telerate Page 3750 at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two LIBOR Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for deposits of United States dollars for a period of time comparable to the Interest Period, and in an amount comparable to the principal amount of the Loan, plus 0.35%.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period or "Interest Period" shall mean, with respect to a Eurodollar Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month. If a Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day, provided, however, that if said next succeeding Business Day falls in a new calendar month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
