LIBOR Notification definition

LIBOR Notification. Section 4.4(d) [Benchmark Replacement Setting] of this Agreement provides a mechanism for determining an alternative rate of interest in the event that the London interbank offered rate is no longer available or in certain other circumstances. The Administrative Agent does not warrant or accept any responsibility for and shall not have any liability with respect to, the administration, submission or any other matter related to the London interbank offered rate or other rates in the definition ofLIBOR Rate” or with respect to any alternative or successor rate thereto, or replacement rate therefor.

  • LIBOR Notice means a written notice in the form of Exhibit L-1.

  • LIBOR Certificate Any Class A1, Class A2, Class A3, Class A4, Class A5, Class M1, Class M2, Class M3, Class M4, Class M5, Class M6, Class M7, Class M8, Class M9, Class B1 or Class B2 Certificate.
