Level 7 definition

Level 7 means an Employee who will have completed an appropriate level of training in business management or have relevant industry experience including the supervision of staff in one or more areas of a hotel. An Employee under this classification is under the direction of senior management and is required to manage and co-ordinate the activities of a relevant area or areas of the hotel; directs staff to ensure they carry out their duties in the relevant areas of the hotel; and implements policies, procedures and operating systems for the hotel.
Level 7 means the seventh year of employment in the classification and progression will occur on the first anniversary of the commencement in Level 6, subject to the employee complying with the requirements in clauses 27.5(h) and 27.5(i);
Level 7 means any period (other than a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ 3 Period, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Period or Level 6 Period) during which the Senior Unsecured Debt Rating is better or equal to at least two of the following three ratings: (i) BB- by S&P and/or (ii) Ba3 by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ and/or (iii) BB- by Fitch.

Examples of Level 7 in a sentence

  • All employees above Level 7 will receive the equivalent lump sum payments less deductions (not applied to base earnings/non- pensionable).

  • In cases of voluntary demotion the employee will enter the new salary band at a level no higher than Level 7.

  • Level 7 will be the job rate to be reached normally at the completion of sixty (60) months within the salary band.

More Definitions of Level 7

Level 7 shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of "Applicable Commitment Commission Percentage" and "Applicable Margin".
Level 7 means an Electrical Worker Level 5 who: (a) has successfully completed an appropriate post trade certificate or 50% of an appropriate advanced trade certificate or its equivalent or has acquired the same standard of skills through other means including a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the relevant industry; and (b) is employed to use the skills acquired through the training and/or experience specified.
Level 7 means that, as of any date of determination, the applicable Rating is equal to or below BB+ (in the case of a Rating from S&P) or Ba1 (in the case of a Rating from Moody’s), as applicable, as of such date of determination, or the only Rating is a private rating and the Borrower or CSC, as the case may be, will not authorize the applicable rating agency to make such Rating available to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
Level 7. A Party's employee-pay-grade ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ as of the Effective Date or, after the Effective Date, an employee level having substantially the same level of authority or responsibility.

  • Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.
