Letter of Credit Proceeds definition

Letter of Credit Proceeds means any and all proceeds of written letters of credit.
Letter of Credit Proceeds means any and all Proceeds of letters of credit evidenced by records or other written, electronic or other documentation.
Letter of Credit Proceeds is defined in Section 9.1(a).

  • Landlord shall not be required to segregate the Letter of Credit Proceeds from its other funds and no interest shall accrue or be payable to Tenant with respect thereto.

  • Landlord may (but shall not be required to) draw upon the Letter of Credit and use the proceeds therefrom (the "LETTER OF CREDIT PROCEEDS") or any portion thereof to cure any default under this Lease and to compensate Landlord for any damage Landlord incurs as a result of such default, it being understood that any use of the Letter of Credit Proceeds shall not constitute a bar or defense to any of Landlord's remedies set forth in this Lease.
