Legitimate Expectation definition

Legitimate Expectation means the expectation of an End User that Goods shall be of good quality and in accordance with the National Product List, Authority Requirements, and any applicable Laws;

  • Does Not Meet Expectations means the provider received less than 50% of possible points. "Meets Expectations" means the provider received 50-74.9% of possible points. "Exceeds Expectations" means the provider received 75% or more of possible points.

  • Legitimate Purposes means sharing of UPSI in the ordinary course of business by an Insider with the following, provided that such sharing has not been carried out to evade or circumvent the prohibitions of these regulations:
