Leased Goods definition

Leased Goods means those Goods which are leased to the Customer as specified in the Order Form and at Annex 2 (Goods) to Lease Agreement Schedule 2;
Leased Goods means that machinery, plant, equipment and vehicles, and all applicable accessories and other items, that are leased to the Customer from time to time and includes any such replacement or substitute machinery, plant, equipment, vehicles, accessories and other items that Porter Group may supply to the Customer as part of that lease, as set out in the Lease Agreement.
Leased Goods means the goods and any ancillary equipment to be leased to the Customer as specified in the Order Form and Call Off Schedule 15 (Lease Agreement);

Examples of Leased Goods in a sentence

  • Title to Leased Goods remains with the Supplier in accordance with clause 7.5.

  • The Supplier hereby guarantees the Leased Goods for the Guarantee Period against faulty materials and workmanship.

  • Such notice shall be given within a reasonable time after delivery to the Customer of the Leased Goods concerned.

  • In particular the Leased Goods shall be marked with the contract number (or other reference number if appropriate) and the net, gross and tare weights, the name of the contents shall be clearly marked on each container and all containers of hazardous goods (and all documents relating thereto) shall bear prominent and adequate warnings.

This shall included all substitutions, replacements or renewals of such goods and all related accessories, manuals and instructions provided for it.

Related to Leased Goods

  • Goods means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Legal Services Contract;
