Lead Generation Fee definition

Lead Generation Fee means the charge s that the Client shall pay Centaur for the delivery of the Lead Generation Services; “Lead Generation Services” means the marketing and promotion services to be provided by Centaur to the Client as detailed in the Booking Form; “Recording Content” means the Client’s speaking contribution to the Webinar, including any oral presentation givenby the Client;
Lead Generation Fee. Lead Generation Fee" means a fee payable to DIGITAL by HEALTHAXIS in consideration of DIGITAL's introduction to HEALTHAXIS of a prospective client, which as a result of DIGITAL's proactive involvement and assistance leads to a contract between that client and HEALTHAXIS Application Solutions Group's connectivity products and services, pursuant to the Schedule of Lead Generation Fees to be set forth in the Technology Brokerage Agreement to be entered into in accordance with Article X hereof.

Examples of Lead Generation Fee in a sentence

  • No Lead Generation Fee shall be payable with respect to any Demo Units or any Initial Placed Unit even if such unit is sold to a customer.
