LDT means light-duty truck.
LDT means light-duty truck, defined as any motor vehicle rated at 6,000 pounds gross vehicle weight or less, which is designed primarily for purposes of transportation of property or is a derivative of such a vehicle, or is available with special features enabling off-street or off-highway operation and use.

LDT means any laboratory developed test designed, developed and performed by a laboratory accredited under CLIA on specimens derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease or impairment of, or assessment of the health of, human beings, and which is not regulated as a Medical Device by the FDA.
LDT has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a) (RTE Test and Liquidated Damages).
