Law Suit. Any lawsuit or other type of claim must be filed within ONE YEAR OF THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT. Venue of any lawsuit brought by either party must be brought in the Supreme Court or local District Courts of the County of Nassau or Suffolk, State of New York, without a jury, including counterclaims and third party claims.
