Large venue means a facility that annually seats or serves an average of more than two thousand (2,000) individuals per day of operation, including workers, such as, but not limited to, convention centers, commu- nity centers, golf clubs, amusement parks, recreational parks, theaters and concert halls located within the city and any other facility or place that is a “venue facility” for purposes of Public Resources Code Section 42648, as it may be amended from time to time.
