landlot definition

landlot is defined by the Hatv: it means any undeveloped parcel of land containing no building or building section, other than: 1. any arable land situated in an incorporated area, pro- vided that it is in fact used for agricultural pur- poses, 2. any arable land situated in an unin- corporated area, 3. small farms, 4. land used for public roads, 5. railway lines, landed areas com- prising part of railway lines, 6. landed areas cov- ered by the definition of cemetery in the Act on Cemeteries and on Funeral Services, 7. land used for reservoirs, quarry ponds by definition of the Act on the Protection and Management of Fish- ery Resources, 8. forests, 9. landed areas shown in the real estate register as marshland.
