  • The Company and Operations covenant that if either of the KTTI Parties breach this exclusivity covenant, or within six months of the termination of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms hereof, either of the KTTI Parties signs a letter of intent or other agreement relating to a transaction substantially similar to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, then the Company and Operations shall notify MHC immediately of such event.
