KPI Bonuses definition

KPI Bonuses means bonuses payable under the annual, semi-annual and quarterly KPI bonus program of the Company.

Examples of KPI Bonuses in a sentence

  • KPI Bonuses relating to the Company’s 2019 fiscal year shall be paid in cash on or about May 15, 2019 in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to such KPI Bonus in effect as of the date hereof (including based upon the actual achievement of applicable performance goals) and in accordance with Section 6.5(d) of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Related to KPI Bonuses

  • Bonuses means current cash compensation over and above Base Salary whether awarded under the Company’s Incentive Compensation Plan or otherwise awarded.

  • Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).
