Knowledge Management Platform Knowledge-Based System definition

Knowledge Management Platform Knowledge-Based System means the Knowledge Management Platform Knowledge-Based System researched and developed on the basis of “Knowledge Management Platform Knowledge-Based System” by Party B according to Party A’s requirements, and used legally by Party A within the agreed scope (the “System”).
