Key Performance Measures definition

Key Performance Measures or “KPM” means measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.

  • In addition to complying with the Services Specifications and Key Performance Measures and the other C&S covenants, warranties and representations contained in this Agreement, C&S covenants and agrees to perform the Procurement and Purchasing Services with the degree of care, skill and diligence consistent with an experienced, reputable grocery wholesale supplier providing procurement, purchasing and related grocery wholesale supply services.
