Key Equipment definition

Key Equipment means any of the following pieces of equipment included in the Facility (a) the generator step-up transformers at the offshore substation and the transformers at the onshore substation, each as identified on Exhibit A, (b) the metal-clad switchgear, (c) the main circuit breaker, (d) the export cable or (e) the offshore substation.
Key Equipment means the key equipment for the RTS: (i) the Rural Terminals, (ii) the HUBS (including any and all Key Elements listed on Schedule 1.8(a)), and (iii) the NCS (including any and all Key Elements listed on Schedule 1.8(b)).
Key Equipment means the Equipment described in the SOW as 'Key Equipment';

Key Equipment means a material building, the continuous mining equipment, the roof bolting equipment, the longwall mining equipment or any other equipment located at the Mine or used for the Project which is necessary for the normal operation of the Project and which is not readily obtainable by purchase or lease in New South Wales.
