Key Concern definition

Key Concern shall have the meaning provided in Section 15.8(b) of this Agreement.

Related to Key Concern

  • Daily Concentration means the concentration of a substance as measured in a daily composite sample, or, arithmetic average of all grab sample results defining a grab sample average.

  • Area of concern or “AOC” shall mean any area that has had a probable release of a hazardous waste or hazardous constituents and that is determined by the Department to pose a current or potential threat to human health or the environment.

  • Business concern means any corporation, company, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, unincorporated association or any other form of association.

  • iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;

  • Country concerned means any country, other than the United States and its outlying areas, in which expenditures under this contract are made.
