Kemira Calcium Chloride Acquisition definition

Kemira Calcium Chloride Acquisition means the acquisition by the Parent or one or more Restricted Subsidiaries (whether now in existence or hereafter created) of the European calcium chloride business of Kemira Oyj, a Finnish company, substantially in accordance with the terms heretofore disclosed to the Lenders, if such Acquisition is consummated before March 31, 2005.
