JV Undertaking definition

JV Undertaking means the letter provided to the Employer as part of the Tender setting out the legal undertaking between the two or more persons constituting the Contractor as a JV. Examples of JV Undertaking in a sentence

  • As of the Closing Date, and in the case of the Charge Agreement only, subject to receipt of the Required Consent, each of this Agreement, the Charge Agreement and the JV Undertaking and License are, and when executed and delivered, will be, legal, valid and binding obligations of the Borrower, enforceable against the Borrower in accordance with their terms, except as may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws and principles of equity.
