Junior Assignment definition

Junior Assignment. “Junior Assigned” means assigning a flight assignment in 30 accordance with Section 13.M. to a pilot’s schedule after the publication of the 31 final schedule that begins on a scheduled day off.
Junior Assignment means a second priority general assignment in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and to be executed and delivered by the Borrower in favor of the Junior Security Trustee to grant to the Junior Security Trustee, among other things, a second-priority security interest in the earnings and insurances related to the Ship as security for certain obligations related to the Junior Loan Agreement;
Junior Assignment means the involuntary assignment of a Pilot to duty on a scheduled day off.

Examples of Junior Assignment in a sentence

  • All pay associated with a Junior Assignment will be in addition to the Flight Attendants monthly guarantee.

  • Her/his failure to do so will be considered a voluntary waiver of the limit with respect to the specific Junior Assignment.

  • A Flight Attendant who receives a Junior Assignment in excess of this limit must so notify Crew Scheduling at the time of the assignment.

  • When making a Junior Assignment in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph, Crew Scheduling must clearly state to the Flight Attendant that he/she is being Junior Assigned.

  • A Flight Attendant will not be Junior Assigned when initiating a phone call to Crew Scheduling or when accessing the Company’s computer system, except when a call is made by the Flight Attendant to Crew Scheduling following the Company’s attempt to contact the Flight Attendant for a Junior Assignment within the preceding two (2) hours.

  • In such a case, the Flight Attendant will be paid for any flying from which she/he was removed for the vacation block plus any Extension or Junior Assignment Pay (as appropriate) for the lost Vacation Day(s).

  • A Flight Attendant whose schedule would be disrupted by a Junior Assignment will not be considered available if other Flight Attendants are available whose bid schedules would not be disrupted by the Junior Assignment.

  • Junior Available (or Junior Assignment) (JA) -- When a Flight Attendant is required to work on her/his //scheduled day off, or when Crew Scheduling assigns a Flight Attendant any additional flying after a completed scheduled sequence.

  • If no one on duty that day is available, then Crew Scheduling may assign the flight as a Junior Assignment per P.

  • Technician and Related employees who request and are awarded a VSTO opportunity shall be ineligible to pick up or be awarded any shifts, including overtime or Junior Assignment, during the awarded VSTO period.

Related to Junior Assignment

  • Loan Assignment has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • term assignment means, in relation to an employee, i. a term assignment within the meaning of the local collective agreement, or

  • Collateral Assignment means, with respect to any Contracts, the original instrument of collateral assignment of such Contracts by the Company, as Seller, to the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form included in Exhibit A hereto.
