Joint Promotion definition

Joint Promotion has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(d).
Joint Promotion. ASTC and TECNA use the occasions of respective annual conferences and local events to highlight the successes of this cooperative venture and new opportunities on the horizon.

  • Other than the personnel to be so deployed and details to be performed by La Jolla, BioMarin CF shall be responsible for the remaining promotional effort for the Products in the United States in accordance with the Joint Promotion Plan established in accordance with Section 6.2(c) below.

  • Further, the Joint Promotion Plan shall provide at all times for an equivalent allocation of resources between the Sales Representatives of each of BioMarin CF and La Jolla, including with respect to marketing tools, programs, corporate accounts and medical affairs support, and shall provide for reasonable consistency from period to period in the responsibilities allocated to each Party.

  • If Exelixis exercises its co-promotion option pursuant to Section 5.6 below, then Exelixis shall participate in promotional activities related to such commercialization as set forth under the Co-Promotion Agreement entered into pursuant to Section 5.6, and shall use Diligent Efforts to carry out its responsibilities under that Co-Promotion Agreement and under any Joint Promotion Plan created under Section 2.3(b).

  • MTA shall have the unconditional right, without consent and/or knowledge of the Partner, to in whole or in part remove any Joint Promotion from publication on MTA Away or ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion.

  • The parties hereby agree that, the purpose of Joint Promotion is to better operate such mobile value-added service, the Joint Promotion or any activities related thereto shall not infringe upon the trademark rights, intellectual property rights or industrial property rights either of Party A or Party B and/or any third parties.

  • If available from Joint Promotion Partner’s record keeping system, Joint Promotion Partner should also provide statistical information covering the actual number of participants who used the Joint Promotion admission ticket.

  • Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.

  • Tourism promotion means activities, operations, and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing, or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding the marketing of or the operation of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.

  • Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
