Joint Execution definition

Joint Execution has the meaning set forth in the Debt Commitment Letter as of the date hereof.

  • Project Execution Plan means the plan referred to in Article 3.1.3(c) hereof;

Such considerations are judgmental and are weighed by the Manager in determining the overall reasonableness of brokerage commissions.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
