If the Joint Authorization Requirement is selected, no order or instruction will be considered given by an Authorized Person unless at least two of the following persons have signed the order or instruction.
The infrastructure that supports the tenancy, such as storage, virtual networking, and computing, carries a Joint Authorization Board Provisional Authority to Operate (JAB P-ATO) at the FedRAMP High level from GSA (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/technology/government-it-initiatives/fedramp).

Analysis will be completed, using the NORTEL NETWORKS/AIRVANA Joint Authorization Form (as described in Clause 4.7 below) for each retrofit.
Actual costs will not need to be reported with regards to management of retrofit activity; the Joint Authorization Form will serve as the controlling document for the purposes of managing retrofit actions and costs.
The total authorization value will be defined in the NORTEL NETWORKS/AIRVANA Joint Authorization Form as outlined in Clause 5.0 of this Appendix L.
This documentation is to be included with the completed Joint Authorization Form.
Each company will be responsible to order the amount of material as designated on the Joint Authorization Form and charge those costs internally (unless another method is mutually agreed upon).
