JOB COMPLETION definition

JOB COMPLETION means the substantial completion of the installation specified in the Quotation “VIRTUAL CABINET SOFTWARE” means “Virtual Cabinet” or software created by Virtual Cabinet in connection with the provision of the Support Services “SOFTWARE” means either of the Virtual Cabinet Software and Third Party Software “SUPPORT SERVICES” means software support or subscription as specified in the Quotation
JOB COMPLETION means seven days after the Job Date specified in the Job Brief, to coincide with delivery of the Raw Files.
JOB COMPLETION means the substantial completion of the installation specified in the Quotation

  • Final Completion means acceptance of the Work by the County as evidenced by its signature upon Final Certificate of Completion and approval thereof by the Board of County Commissioners. The Final Certificate of Completion shall be signed only after the County has assured itself by tests, inspection or otherwise that all of the provisions of the Contract have been carried out to its satisfaction.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
