IUSI and Metaltec further represent and warrant that they possess all necessary corporate power, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of themselves and each of the entities set forth above in this paragraph 7.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
OWRA means the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.40, as amended;
CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
