ITS Data definition

ITS Data means the Access and Use of City Data through the City’s Information Technology System.

Examples of ITS Data in a sentence

  • This will allow your servers to be isolated from other servers within the ITS Data Center.

  • The IT&S Data Center(s) located in Nashville, Tennessee and/or any of IT&S’s Regional Data Centers containing computer processing equipment and the Software used by IT&S to provide the Services, or such other facilities as IT&S may establish from time to time.

  • Advanced Education/Implementation Training will be offered at the IT&S Data or Regional Training Center.

  • Education/Training seminars could be organized by IT&S at Customer’s request and may or may not be held at the IT&S Data Center or Regional Training Centers.

  • Additionally, System Administrators must have a UH staff or student ID, or a State or Federal government issued picture ID available for verifying identity to ITS Data Center staff.

  • For ITS, its single points-of-contact shall generally be the executive management of the Statewide Data Center working in ITS' Data Center Operations business unit.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Service Provider may not use any ITS Data, whether or not aggregated or de-identified, for product development, marketing, profiling, benchmarking, or product demonstrations, without, in each case, ITS’s prior written consent.

  • Upon request by ITS, Service Provider will deliver, destroy, and/or make available to ITS, any or all of the ITS Data.

  • Any System Administrator found in the wrong areas or engaged in inappropriate activities may be immediately escorted from the ITS Data Center and barred from ever returning.

  • Access to the Equipment in the ITS Data Center is limited only to System Administrators that are officially listed.
