ITER Organization definition

ITER Organization as used in this clause, means the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization as described in the Agreement.
ITER Organization means the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization as described in the Agreement.
ITER Organization means the Organisation established by the Agreement on the Establishment of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for the Joint Implementation of the ITER Project.

  • All members of a consortium (i.e. the leader and all other members) are jointly and severally liable to the ITER Organization.
