IT Process(es) definition

IT Process(es) or “Processes” means a high-level overview of required tasks, approvals, procedures, or other processes, typically designed to operationalize one or more IT Policies and/or IT Standards in a manner that leads to consistent results.

Examples of IT Process(es) in a sentence

  • This includes but is not limited to all IT Assets, the Client’s network, the Client’s Windows Domain, the Client’s Software Installations, the Client’s Hardware Configurations, IT Strategies, IT Plans, and/or IT Processes.

  • Contractor shall provide a Technical Design Document (TDD) which includes the proposed physical architecture diagram, recommendations on IT Processes (Backups, HA, DR, SQL/SharePoint Configurations) and recommendations on hardware procurement.

  • COBIT Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) provides guidance and Best Practice for the management of IT Processes.

Related to IT Process(es)

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • Processes “Processing,” “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on data or sets of data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

  • Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Export Item means any Goods or Services, including commodities, software or technology provided by Sup- plier that is required to be exported or re-exported under the Contract.
