Final Documents definition

Final Documents means the suite of documents as set out in Section 1.7 of this Code of Practice;

More Definitions of Final Documents

Final Documents has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.6(c) of this Agreement.
Final Documents is defined in Exhibit C-2 hereto.
Final Documents shall refer to the originals in triplicate of the following documents, including but not limited to:

Irrespective of the completion of the Final Documents, both GBS and Glyco agree to be bound by the foregoing terms and to treat the terms and conditions of this Agreement as a legally binding contract with the rights, duties and obligations of each party set forth above.
