IP POP definition

IP POP is a CenturyLink POP where IP edge routers are located on the CenturyLink Domestic Network and Networking Service is available.

  • LimeLight agrees that LimeLight's Interconnection Facilities shall connect to the circuits provided by Global Crossing hereunder at the network interface points located in the IP and SONET POPs.   • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this ▇▇▇▇ to the Licensee;

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
