IP Deed definition

IP Deed means the deed set out in Part A (IP Deed) of Schedule 7 (IP Deed and Confidentiality Deed).

  • By execution hereof, RBC warrants and represents to the Indemnified Parties that RBC has obtained approval for RBC to execute and perform the terms of this Agreement and the IP Deed of Trust.

  • RBC’s default hereof shall entitle the Indemnified Parties to exercise such rights and remedies as the Indemnified Parties may be entitled pursuant to Texas law, in addition to the rights and remedies conferred by the IP Deed of Trust.

Related to IP Deed

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to which this section applies to the student;

  • Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);
