IOBSP definition
IOBSP means, as defined in Article L.523-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, any person who, on a regular basis, and in exchange for remuneration or any other form of economic benefit, engages in the intermediation of banking transactions and payment services, without assuming liability as guarantor, or who provides an advisory service within the meaning of Article L. 519-1-1.
