Invoice II. The Seller shall with respect to the Plant, within thirty (30) days of the end of each month (beginning with the month in which the Plant Commissioning Date occurs until the expiry of the Term) prepare and issue to KPLC an invoice in respect of the payments due from KPLC for that month.

Related to Invoice II

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form accepted by the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;
