Invitation Process definition

Invitation Process means the process of inviting Offers for the provision of the Goods, the Offeror’s preparation and submission of an Offer, communication between the Parties in relation to the Invitation and/or Offer, evaluation of Offers and the subsequent acceptance or rejection of Offers;

Invitation Process means the process of inviting Offers for the carrying out of the Supply, the Tenderer’s preparation and submission of an Offer, communication between the parties in relation to this ITO and/or Offer, the evaluation of Offers and the subsequent acceptance or rejection of Offers.
