Examples of Introducer Services in a sentence

  • A complaint which does not relate to these Conditions or which relates to the Introducer Services will be referred back to the Introducer to handle the complaint in accordance with its own complaints policy.

  • The Introducer shall receive remuneration of the provision of service of introducing Prospective Clients to the Company in accordance with Clause 7 (Introducer Services Conduct) of this Agreement and the terms and conditions hereof.

  • The cost of serving a Section 21 Notice Requiring Possession including delivery by hand and first class post and Certificate of Service would be free under our Full Management Service and £240 inc VAT under our Rent Collection and Introducer Services.

  • Where you are an IAR both of us will have joint responsibility for any complaint relating to the Introducer Services.

  • You warrant, represent and undertake to us that all information contained in the Introducer Registration Form and/or submitted as part of the due diligence process was at the date of the information was provided and remains for the period during which you provide the Introducer Services true, complete and accurate in all respects.

  • The cost of serving a Section 8 for breach of tenancy or two months arrears if no rent protection cover in place would be free under our Full Management Service and £240 inc VAT under our Rent Collection and Introducer Services.

  • The cost for serving a Section 13 rent increase notice will be free under our Full Management Service and £120 inc VAT under our Rent Collection and Introducer Services.

Related to Introducer Services

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Member Services are hereby defined as any products or services now or hereafter provided or sponsored by the Credit Union or otherwise made available to Credit Union members, which services include, but are not limited to: loans, deposit accounts, ATM services, online banking services, and other electronic fund transfer services.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
