Interstate business definition

Interstate business means railway operating revenue from the interstate transportation of persons or property into, out of, or through this state.
Interstate business as used in this section means:
Interstate business means the business currently conducted by the entities listed on Annex IV-A hereto, including without limitation, management of the hotels listed on Annex IV-B hereto pursuant to the existing management contracts, subject to the addition and subtraction of management contracts since March 12, 1999.
