International Learning Management (ILM) Code means the international management code for creation of Learning through the transfer of knowledge, skills and attitudes and experiences pertaining to Activities, Tasks and Functions for the Safe, Secure, environment friendly and econmic operations of Ships. as adopted by the Committee, as may be amended.
