Intermediary Declaration definition

Intermediary Declaration means the certification, in one of the forms set out in Annex 1, provided by an Intermediary to another Intermediary, authorising the disclosure of the declaration to relevant tax authorities in accordance with its terms and agreeing to specified procedures for the recovery of under-withheld tax;
Intermediary Declaration means the declaration as set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 whichever is applicable to the particular intermediary.
