You will serve in an executive capacity and shall perform the duties of Interim Principal Executive Officer and Acting Principal Financial Officer as commonly associated with this position, as specified in the job description and in the Bylaws of the Company, and as required by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
Any salary or other adjustment or modification made during the term of this contract shall be in the form of a written amendment and shall become a part of this contract, but such adjustment or modification shall not be construed as a new contract with the Interim Principal, nor as an extension of the termination date of this contract.
The Interim Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave.
