If any provision of the Interim Documents is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other term of the Interim Documents or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other term of the Interim Documents.
All payments made or to be made by an Obligor under the Interim Documents shall be paid in full without set-off or counterclaim.
Any information relating to any Group Company acquired by any of the Other Divisions of an Agent or which in the opinion of that Agent (acting reasonably) is acquired by it otherwise than in its capacity as Agent under the Interim Documents may be treated by it as confidential and will not be treated as information available to the other Interim Finance Parties.
Subject to the terms of the Interim Documents, the Interim Security Agent shall be entitled to disclose such information concerning the Grantor and this Agreement as the Interim Security Agent considers appropriate to any actual or proposed direct or indirect successor or to any person to whom information may be required to be disclosed by any applicable law.
The Interim Security Agent may at any time assign or otherwise transfer all or any part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Interim Documents.
