Interim Deliverables will be evaluated by Customer within 72 hours.
The parties shall submit to binding arbitration the issue of what date (earlier than the original deadline) the Contractor could have completed the Work Tasks/Activities, Interim Deliverables and Final Deliverables on time and correctly by exercising every reasonable effort.
