Interim Available Amount definition
Interim Available Amount means, at any time, the lesser of $4,100,000,000 and the aggregate amount of Revolving Loan Commitments at such time.

Maximum Available Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the lesser of:
Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).
Available Amount Reference Period means, with respect to any Reference Date, the period (taken as one accounting period) commencing on April 1, 2008 and ending on the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter or fiscal year, as applicable, for which financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or Section 6.01(b), and the related Compliance Certificate required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.02(a), have been delivered to the Administrative Agent.
Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the June 2007 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.
