  • Upon surrender to the Paying Agent, such Securities shall be paid at the redemption price, plus accrued interest thereon, if any, to the Redemption Date, but interest installments whose maturity is on or prior to such Redemption Date shall be payable to the Holders of record at the close of business on the relevant Interest Record Date.
