Interactive Water Feature definition
Interactive Water Feature means a recirculating water feature designed, installed or used for recreational use, in which there is direct water contact from the feature with the public, and when not in operation, all water drains freely so there is no ponding.
Interactive Water Feature means a fountain which has no ponding of water in the splash zone and consists of an underground reservoir with a recirculation system from which water is directed through sprays, jets, or other means for contact with users who wade or recreate in the fountain with the knowledge and consent of the owner.
