Institutional training definition

Institutional training or “train ­ ing” means a systematic sequence of in­ struction designed to im part predeter­ mined skills, knowledge, information, attitudes, or abilities for a particular oc­ cupation or for designated educational objectives by an institutional training facility. I t includes but is not limited to basic education, prevocational, vocational and technical training, refresher and p art-tim e training, employability and communication skills training, coopera­ tive occupational training, and guidance and counseling.
Institutional training means completion of a program in the industrial art subject an accredited institution of higher education.
