Installed Basis definition

Installed Basis means provision of the Subscription Services on an ‘Installed’ basis, as indicated in the ‘Hosted or Installed Basis’ section of Part A of Appendix 2.

Examples of Installed Basis in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including payment of the relevant Subscription Fees and the restrictions set out in this Section 2, Cloudhouse shall provide the Subscription Services to Customer, on a Hosted Basis or Installed Basis, during the Subscription Term (unless terminated prior to the expiry of the Subscription Term pursuant to Section 10).

  • On renewal of the Subscription Term, Cloudhouse will access the Licensed Software and update the expiry date and Customer, in the case of Licensed Software provided on an Installed Basis, Customer will permit Cloudhouse access to the Licensed Software to update the expiry date.

Related to Installed Basis

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.
