Simulated Basis definition

Simulated Basis means the Carrying Value of any oil and gas property (as defined in Section 614 of the Code).
Simulated Basis means the Carrying Value of any Depletable Property.
Simulated Basis means the Gross Asset Value of any Depletable Property. The Simulated Basis of each Depletable Property shall be allocated to each Member pro rata, in accordance with the number of Units owned by such Member as of the time such Depletable Property is acquired by the Company (and any additions to such Simulated Basis resulting from expenditures required to be capitalized in such Simulated Basis shall be allocated among the Members in a manner designed to cause the Members’ proportionate shares of such Simulated Basis to be in accordance with their proportionate ownership of Units as determined at the time of any such additions), and shall be reallocated among the Members pro rata, in accordance with the number of Units owned by such Member as determined immediately following the occurrence of an event giving rise to an adjustment to the Gross Asset Values of the Company’s Depletable Properties pursuant to clause (b) of the definition of Gross Asset Value.

Examples of Simulated Basis in a sentence

  • For purposes of applying clause (z) of the second sentence of Section 5.2(a), Simulated Depletion and Simulated Loss with respect to each oil and gas property of the Partnership shall reduce each Partner’s Capital Account in proportion to the manner in which the Simulated Basis of such property is allocated among the Partners pursuant to of Section 6.1(e)(i).

  • The selection of optimal flight parameters depends on the mission goals, as well as on the available devices.

  • Simulated Depletion with respect to each Depletable Property shall be allocated to the Members in the same proportion that the Members (or their predecessors in interest) were allocated the Simulated Basis of such property.

  • For purposes of the separate computation of gain or loss by each Member on the taxable disposition of Depletable Property, the amount realized from such disposition shall be allocated (i) first, to the Members in an amount equal to the Simulated Basis in such Depletable Property in proportion to their allocable shares thereof and (ii) second, any remaining amount realized shall be allocated consistent with the allocation of Simulated Gains.

  • For purposes of applying clause (z) of the second sentence of Section 5.4(a), Simulated Depletion and Simulated Loss with respect to each oil and gas property (as defined in Section 614 of the Code) of the Partnership shall reduce each Partner’s Capital Account in proportion to the manner in which the Simulated Basis of such property is allocated among the Partners pursuant to Section 6.1(e)(i).


More Definitions of Simulated Basis

Simulated Basis has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b) of this Exhibit.
Simulated Basis means the Gross Asset Value of any oil and gas property (as defined in Code Section 614), as adjusted to reflect (a) additions to basis and (b) the Simulated Depletion Allowance.
Simulated Basis means the Book Value of any oil and gas property (as defined in Section 614 of the Code) as adjusted from time to time for Simulated Depletion.
Simulated Basis means the book value of any Depletable Property. The Simulated Basis of each Depletable Property shall be allocated to each Member in accordance with Member’s Sharing Ratio as of the time such Depletable Property is contributed to or acquired by the Company (and any additions to such Simulated Basis resulting from expenditures required to be capitalized in such Simulated Basis shall be allocated among the Members in a manner designed to cause the Members’ proportionate shares of such Simulated Basis to be in accordance with their Sharing Ratio as determined at the time of any such additions), and shall be reallocated among the Members in accordance with the Members’ Sharing Ratios as determined immediately following the occurrence of an event giving rise to an adjustment to the book values of the Company’s Depletable Properties pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Gross Asset Value.
Simulated Basis means, with respect to each oil and gas property, the Carrying Value of such property. For purposes of such computation, the Simulated Basis of each oil and gas property shall be allocated to each Member in accordance with such Member’s relative Percentage Interest as of the time such oil and gas property is acquired by the Company, and shall be reallocated among the Members in accordance with the Members’ relative Percentage Interest as determined immediately following the occurrence of an event giving rise to any adjustment to the Carrying Values of the Company’s oil and gas properties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Simulated Basis means, with respect to each Depletable Property, the Book Value of such property. For purposes of such computation, the Simulated Basis of each Depletable Property (including any additions to such Simulated Basis resulting from expenditures required to be capitalized in such Simulated Basis) shall be allocated to each Member in accordance with such Member’s relative Percentage Interest as of the time such Depletable Property (or such addition to such Simulated Basis resulting from expenditures required to be capitalized in such Simulated Basis) is acquired (or expended) by the Company, and shall be reallocated among the Members in accordance with the such Members’ Percentage Interest as determined immediately following the occurrence of an event giving rise to an adjustment to the Book Value of the Company’s Depletable Properties pursuant to the definition of Book Value. Upon a transfer by a Member of any Units, a portion of the Simulated Basis allocated to such Member shall be reallocated to the transferee in accordance with the relative Percentage Interest transferred.
Simulated Basis means the Gross Asset Value of any separate Depletable Property.
