Installation Professional definition

Installation Professional. An (“Installation Professional”) shall mean a purchaser of the Products that will be installing or causing the Product(s) to be installed for an End-User.
Installation Professional or “Professional” means an independent contractor authorized by Home Depot (licensed and insured as required by Home Depot and applicable law) and the contractor’semployees, agentsandsubcontractors.“Agreement”means this Special Services/Home Improvement Agreement betweenYouandHome Depot U.S.A., Inc. (interchangeably referred to as“Home Depot”), which includes this page, the General Terms and Conditions following this page, the State Supplement, the Invoice or Specifications andany other documents expressly made apart of this Agreement. Acceptance and Authorization: By signing below, You authorize Home Depot to (a) arrange for Installation Professional to perform Installation and/or (b) order and arrange for the delivery of special order merchandise, including special order merchandise that may be custommade, as specified in this ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ understand this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Home Depot and may only be amended by a Change Order signed by Home Depot (or by Installation Professional or itsauthorized representative on Home Depot’s behalf) andYou.This Agreement expressly supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements or representations made by Home Depot, Installation Professional,You, or anyone else. Except as set forth in this Agreement,You agree there are no oral or written representations or inducements, express or implied, in any way conditioning this Agreement, and You expressly disclaim their existence.   • If You are paying by credit, debit, or The Home Depot card, the account may be charged or debited (as applicable) on the same day that it is accepted by the THD Representative or Installation Professional.

  • Workmens Compensation and Public Liability Insurance are carried by Installation Professional and apply to the work to be performed under the contract or if Installation Professional is qualified as a self-insurer under New Jersey law.

Installation Professional means a (i) purchaser of LWG Product(s) that will install or cause LWG Product(s) to be installed for an End-User and (ii) has the personnel qualified, in the reasonable discretion of LWG, to perform pre-sale and post-sale support, delivery, installation, warranty and out of warranty repairs on water treatment systems.

  • Paraprofessional means a person who does not have an academic degree related to the scope of treatment or support services being provided but performs prescribed functions under the general supervision of that discipline.

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.
