Inquiry identification number definition

Inquiry identification number means the number issued by the center to every excavator who contacts the center for the purpose of excavating.
Inquiry identification number means the number that is provided by a regional notification center to every person who contacts the center pursuant to Section 4216.2. The inquiry identification number shall remain valid for not more than 28 calendar days from the date of issuance, and after that date shall require regional notification center revalidation.
Inquiry identification number means a unique number that is provided by the Notification Center to every person who contacts the center informing the center of its intent to excavate. This is also referred to as a ‘locate request’.
